Fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Paul is always able to come out at short notice, with mimimum fuss (last time I called him on a Sunday evening and he was here the next morning). I'm not sure that his price can be beaten either! Highly recommended.
A**** service. Paul's done it again. Sorted out a waste-pipe blockage the very next day after my call-out. Can't recommend highly enough.

Paul Robinson was very patient with me considering how long I had left it between emptying!
Not only that but Paul was polite, funny, kind and explained how things worked (which I totally appreciated). A sweet natured guy who, without irritation or condescension, emphasised the importance of regular emptying! :blush:
Please trust the company; despite the extra-large size of my septic tanks (and their fullness) his rates were more than fair.

Paul responded to my answer-phone message within 10 minutes and was able to come to empty the septic tanks within half an hour. Very polite and efficient, also cleared a blockage I was unaware of. We will definitely use Broadland Tankering in the future and recommend to others. Thank you.

Used this company as HFS has sold out to corporate. Couldn't be happier. Really friendly, came at short notice, very efficient and price was as quoted. Excellent service, paul is always on the ball and arrives when he says he will, price good, and tanker pumps fast, important as we are on a very narrow lane and other motorists do NOT like to hang around whilst we pump out sewage!!

I've never had a tank emptied before and phoned various businesses in the Yellow Pages. After discussing with several businesses I chose Broadland Tankering. Paul got on with the job without anyone present to locate the tank (which was in an unusual place), and later that day I looked at the tank with an expert who was surveying the system for me. Paul had done a good and efficient job at a very reasonable price. He was very helpful in various ways and I would happily recommend his services to anyone.

We have now used BT three times and each time Paul was with us within 5-10 minutes following our cries for help. We had zero experience and knowledge of septic tanks but, thanks to Paul's ability, advice and help, we now feel we can live with one!
